This house was sort of copied (to the best of my ability) from a very modern design and Silicon Valley seems like a very modern place although I’ve never been there. The house has a long ramp up to first floor where main living areas are including open plan kitchen and dining, lounge, and small office. Upstairs you’ll find a large master suite with private bath, and downstairs on the ground floor you’ll find 2 more bedrooms, bath, family room, and base game garage (hopefully convertible to functional with ep). There is also a pool and jacuzzi and large deck. I would imagine this place to be whoppingly expensive in real life but only 188,912 in sim world, which is 3 times more than my real house so what can I say?
