Another fantastic design Tric, will convert this one to AL too if you like? Though it may not let me because of the split level stairs but will see anyway!
Actually if anything stops it from happening will be the front balcony, be my wee challenge for the arvo anyway!

Had a go, will not convert as far as I can tell, though only got about 10 minutes to try. I think it is the stairs because of the CFE cheat happening!
