I set myself a challenge to refurbish this as if it was on a UK TV show called ‘Homes Under the Hammer’ about refurbishing property sold at auction. I hope I’ve succeeded.
I have only remodelled the actual building slightly, adding French doors from the dining room to the patio, extending a bedroom, moving and adding a bathroom. Things that you might do to an old house. I wanted to retain the shape and the integrity of the house as I liked the original
