What a fun challenge!  Here you have a 1 bedroom, 1 bath open floor plan cottage with wood and linoleum flooring.  The bedroom has room for a double bed.  All of the skill items are present as well as phone and smoke detector.  There was no money for landscaping so the trees seen in the screenshots are neighborhood trees.  Your Sim will have 10,001 simoleons to improve and decorate but if they don’t spend anything, they will survive quite comfortably and gain skills.  Thanks to Princess for the idea!
