This is a fantasy lot. I contains 2 trams with a little bit furniture to be played as a residential lot. All objects in this post are my creations, both meshes and recolors.
\nIt is childish cause all my creations are childish. Someone at MTS2 asked me if I could post the trams that were seen in one of my pictures. I’m submitting it here.<\/p>\n

The files:<\/strong>
\n“Tram-building-Clean, contains only the lot;
\n“TramwayCollection”, is a collection of all the objects used in the lot and should be placed in the Collections folder;
\n“TramIncludedObjects, contains all the custom objects used to build the trams. All objects are full recolorable.<\/p>\n

List of the Objects Used:<\/strong>
\nVehicle Window – is a clone of the EP Pets Atomica Window in a larger and higher version. Poly Count 208; price 140 simoleons. It is slaved to the Pets original. A red recolor is included.
\nTram Door – is a clone of the Base Game Value Door, made higher and metalic. Poly Count 502; price 80 simoleons. Both Door and Windows have proper Diagonals. A metalic Red recolor is included.
\nNumber Plate – is a sculpture shaped as a vehicle number plate, is AL adjustable, is placed from the inside of the room but projects on the outside wall of the tram. Poly Count: 126; price 15 simoleons.
\nNumber Plate Light – a special small light to be placed on the top of the number plate. Poly count: 282; price 105 simoleons
\nTram Sign – is also a sculpture shaped as direction sign. Poly count: 126; price 15 simoleons.
\nVehicle Light – is a lamp to be placed in front of the tram. Poly count 282, price 105 simoleons.
\nSign Light – is a double lamp to be placed on the top of the Tram sign. Poly count 564, price 105 simoleons.
\nCeiling Top – is a clone of the upper part of the Base Game School bus, but is full recolorable both body and stripe. Poly count 780; price 550 simoleons
\nTram wires – is a sculpture to be placed on the top of the tram. The wires connect to each other and can even cross the roads. Poly count 400; price 150 simoleons.
\n3 yellow walls for the tram. The red recolor is available at MTS2 in my post for a “Playable Train” (red, green and blue).<\/p>\n

All the lamps cast light in the night, like a vehicle.<\/p>\n

I used simpe, milkshape and Photoshop 7.
