Slight change to uploading process

When you go to upload an item, you will see several tabs at the top of the form. One of these tabs contains our uploading guidelines. The biggest change is that we now require uploaders to add links to any and all custom content contained in their uploads. Please read these guidelines carefully or your upload may not be approved.
