To install custom neighbourhoods, download them and place the entire folder in your Sims 2 neighbourhoods folder. It’s in ‘Documents/EA Games/The Sims 2/Neighborhoods’. Maps go into ‘Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\SC4Terrains’
