Please leave Unfurnished

Please don’t use Free Time.
Please Leave the walls white or grey.
Please leave a large back yard. I will build a gazebo and pool from there.
Please use the maxis black wrought iron stairs in the house and front of the house. You can find them in the small stairs category.
No spiral stairs please.
I will do the gardening.
This must be a basement house with basement that is fully functional. Please make certain the walls are in the basement like a house and not made of grass.
The rooms must be large. I don’t like small rooms.
All bedrooms on the second floor please.
Please make sure this is not a huge lot. It’s harder to load.
Note: I’m not used to doing this and this is my first time. Please be gentle with me. :confused:

Tiff is going to build this for me. Thanks Tiff! I cannot find where to do the on hold thing. So, it’s now on hold.

OMG Tiff I am sooo sorry I didn’t think of you I just remember Cam doing that house For Tofu that house had those witchy roofs on it lol BUT I retract my comment and Julie if anyone can do it Cam and TIFF can 😛 I just know I can’t my talents have limits lmaoooo

Just a few more q’s so I get it right
1) Is a 3×3 lot fine?
2) Do you want it on a flat lot or a hill?
3) Is it the inside walls white or grey? And do you want the outside siding as in the pic?
4) Do you want a straight up and down staircase or split level staircase?
5) Apart from FT, do you have all other sp’s and ep’s especially M&G?Thats all I can think of now, may be more later lol

Yes.

Flat, absolutely flat

The walls can be grey as that’s the color of the build. I can paint them from there. Outside, yes like in the photo.

Must be straight

Yes. I have all other EP’s And SP’s loaded.

Yup, thanks Julie, thats all I need for now, am on the road to starting my secret santa, hope its done by the weekend then can start this for you. Will do the shell and then send you a pic to see if its what you want and there go from there 🙂

Well I must say I am slightly relieved I’m not building this, not necessarily because of the level of difficulty but because I’ve got quite a few other houses I’d really like to get through first haha. Anyway, good luck with it Tiff 🙂

Ok one more, how many rooms are you wanting, being you want a smallish house am guessing 2, maybe 3 if I can fit 3 in, and do you want the basement furnished, and a door leading to outside from the basement?

No, I’ll furnish it all. 2 rooms are fine, maybe a bathroom up there with the bedrooms if it can fit. It’s a small house. lol Just place the bedrooms on the second floor is all. Thank you so much Tiff! 🙂
