Bay View – No Custom Content
This is a small, one-bedroom home with a beautiful view of the bay. It’s small enough to be cosy for the young, vacationing couple or newlyweds looking for their first home. It’s cheap but not nasty.

Sherridon Place – Base Game, No CC
This is a 4 bedroom family home with pool and patio area. Made with just the base game and no custom content, it has a lot of potential, especially the exterior. There are 2 bathrooms, a study and large kitchen/diner.
