These are the dorms I submitted for our January 2015 challenge
‘This is about as posh as it gets…for our Sims that can afford it, this is a luxury dorm only for gifted teens. Here you will find the future doctors, artists, scientists that will change the world as we know it!’

This is a very impressive structure, classical without being pompous, archaic, yet contemporary. Ambitious Sims will be fighting for admittance.
Thanks Anne. It would probably be very easily converted into an hotel or apartment block, too.
