Shakespeare Castle Apartments

I have finally completed the conversion of this Grade 2 listed building into five apartments. Each apartment has its own style and colour scheme. All apartments have two bedrooms and a bathroom, except apartment one which has a downstairs cloakroom. Apartments two and five have reading nooks in the tower. Each apartment has its own private courtyard garden.

The gardens have been extensively landscaped with formal water gardens to the front aspect and children’s play area to the right of the building.

Because I am allowed only twelve images to show off this extensive apartment building I have had to collage some of the images. So, if you would like to view these images in full size please follow the link given below.

Karen, I really like how you’ve given each apartment its own color scheme and they are (mostly) all very nice! Just the purple kitchen is a bit… groovy.. but I think I like it! The master bedrooms are my favorites – very serene colors and furnishings. Overall, these look like really cozy and liveable apartments with room for plenty of friendly neighbors. My favorite ones are the green and blue – the red is a bit modern for my taste. Great job! It looks like you put loads of work into this!

Fantastic Karen!! So much work has gone into your Apartment Block,well worth the wait!!I absolutely love Apartment 4 and 5,but they are all nice,even the green 1 :p Top Job!!!

After seeing Karen’s 5-apartment lot, I feel a bit wasteful having made this into a single home, but here it is! One big fancy-pants mansion which took me all month to furnish! And even then, I got a bit sloppy at the end. Even took a picture of one un-made bed, what shame!

There are 4 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, a library, recreational room… :bulgy-eyes: basically all the trimmings. See if you can spot all the cats!

Tofu, it’s brilliant, I love how you’ve furnished it. And yes it takes an age to furnish lots this big and it took me two goes to take all the shots and then I had to work out how to collage them!

Well, karen and tofu, I don’t know what to say, you have both really outdone yourselves! Both creations are absolutely amazing! Karen, I love your use of cc, and tofu’s stairs and landing are fabulous!

Beautiful you two! Karen, never get tired of seeing my wall murals being used 😉 And love that you made it into apartments, know how long that can take!! And Tofu, love the furnishings, and the cc you’ve used goes so well with what you’ve done! Can I hijack and ask where you got the tv and cabinet in the lounge pic??

Tiff: it would be useful to have that turquoise colour as a wall too then I would have used it on the end of the mural instead of the lilac paint.

The Tv and the cabinet its on plus the cabinet to the left, never seen either before!

Karen did I not make a wall to go with it? Will have to remedy that!
