Well, I am inspired! You always were and still are the best at making stairs look good in base game. I love the pond on the deck and have no idea how you did that! TheDeadSim, you thought of a great challenge, and I hope to build something too, but Tiff has set the bar awfully high!

Thank you DeadSim for creating this challenge. The CFE cheat is really the most valuable for making base game houses more interesting since tools are limited.

Elevation is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with three levels of living space.

The house includes base game garage for appearances only and fenced pool. I used CFE to create the fence.

WOW Tric! This is great!! I especially love the fence! You always have such awesome fences, thats one thing I can never really think outside the box about. And going to have a perv again and notice the entrance way! Love Love Love LOVE it!!!!

Another beautiful home and awesome use of CFE! Some great, unique ideas and certainly is an inspiring creation. It’s also nice that you have shared this in the downloads section as well. 🙂
I am actually trying to attempt this challenge myself which is quite time consuming.

Oh dear, I didn’t read the rules properly and created a community area on a 3×2 lot. 🙁 It’s a bit naff anyway, so I’ll have another attempt on the correct size lot!

I should have just made it free choice for the lot size lol. It doesn’t matter if you have already done something in another lot size. I just chose that size so you could have more flexibility when it comes to building.

Oh, well then, here goes…

I feel a bit silly offering this compared to the other fantastic creations, but it’s my first serious attempt to build anything using this cheat, so I settled on a simple community lot using the base game and no custom content.

Introducing ‘Castle Rec’:

On retrospect, I should have attempted a little, arched bridge across the pond, but I didn’t want to try anything too advanced for my first attempt.
