        Kate Bush is my all-time favourite artiste and has been ever since I was very young. Here’s a selection of some of my favourite videos. Bear in mind if you’ve never heard of her that she’s a little eccentric!

            Ha Ha, I was expecting to see a sim named Kate Bush! I had never heard of her and now I know who she is! I feel much more hip now! (The Experiment song scared me though!)

              It’s strange that a lot of people in the US have never heard of her as she was huge over here during the 80’s, and she’s still knocking out albums now. She’s not to everyone’s taste, but I think she’s unique. She always writes her own stuff and has done so since she was a child. She was actually discovered by Dave Gilmour of Pink Floyd. ‘Hounds Of Love’ is considered by most to be her best album ever, but I love all of them!

                Well I really enjoyed her singing. She uses a lot of free verse, not much rhyming but huge amount of rhythm and I agree, that makes her songs unique. I like her voice. I guess if you asked me who my favorite singer was, I would say Bono. I’ve been a U2 fan since the 80’s. I saw them in concert here in Phoenix in November, 2011, and they sang One and showed all the names of the 911 victims. Then Bono opened his jacket and it was lined with the American flag. We all found it comforting.

                  Wow, I LOVE U2! My hubbie took me to see them a couple of years ago for our anniversary and it was a night I’ll never forget. They really know how to put on a show. It was expensive and we could never afford to do it again as we had to travel and stay in hotels etc., but it was so worth it. 🙂

                  I’m really please you like Kate Bush…a lot of people think she’s too ‘waily’, especially her earlier stuff, but she has so much talent and a fantastic imagination.
