So precious! I love that fireplace and all the wonderful “lived in” touches. Of course the gardens really make the house, balance out the lot and actually make the house look bigger! Fabulous!

Erotic lol? I probably won’t go as far as saying that haha but I certainly think it looks amazing. The garden is just incredible! And the pics you have taken make the house look much bigger. I’m not a massive fan of the many plants you’ve included inside the house but the rest is really awesome.

I think Anne hit the nail right on the head! SO what she said!! Im not sure about that toilet and bath though, you wouldnt want to be too heavyset and make it crack and get some glass in the ahem ****, so to speak!!
