Origin Removed all The Sims 2 games!

I was disturbed when I seen a thread over at MTS about Origin removing all of The Sims games from their online store! I am going to keep an eye out on this developing story!

I really hope that isn’t true. I’ve bought a lot of my packs from Origin so if I can’t re-download them it’s going to cause me problems. They’re really going all out to drag Sims 2 fans kicking and screaming away from the game whether they like it or not. 🙁

Sims 4 is due out soon, so they don’t want us die-hard Sims 2 fans rocking the boat. If fans love a game I don’t understand why they want to get rid of it, it’s the most popular Sims game still.

I’m now 61 years old. I was kind of hoping to be able to build sims2 lots in the nursing home to give me something to do. That is if I don’t get dementia.
