February 2017 – Small, modern house challenge

Okay Sim Fans,

This challenge is to create the attached house as far as you possibly can. As long as the house style is as similar, you can do what you like with the inside and the landscaping. Use any packs or cc that you like. The house can be created using The Sims 2, 3 or 4.

Required Images:

Floor plan views of each floor (top views)
Front and back views from street level
Pictures of each room in the house. If you can’t manage to take a screenshot of the bathrooms you can leave them out, but we have some screenshot tutorials that may help.

Note that this is a challenge, it isn’t a competition with prizes, and we won’t be picking an overall winner. Simply reply to this post with your pictures. Comments regarding each entry are welcome. You can of course reply to this post with your creation images, and I’m really looking forward to seeing them!

Very lovely Princess!  Is that Sims4?  I’m so old fashioned I can’t tell anymore.  It’s a great recreation whatever it is!

Tric, Princess made hers with Sims 2 and I made 2, one with Sims 2 and one with Sims 4. 🙂
