When can I add an Avatar?

I can’t see the option anywhere and I could be being blonde but I wondered if I had to post a minimum of posts or I’m being blind. I can edit where I am and stuff like that but I can’t see an Avatar option.

No, it’s fine. You can access your user control panel by clicking your profile link at the top of each page.
