These were originally posted by tricimanly in our residential section here. I have modified them slightly to turn them into habitable apartments. I haven’t made any changes to the incredibly cute apartments themselves. All I’ve done is add a couple of communal areas so any Sims living there can enjoy a full social life at all times!
There is now a games/cafe area downstairs, and a rooftop entertainment area with a hot tub.
