To retrieve your serial number from the EA registration database, follow these steps, as taken from the official Sims site:

1. Click on the website you registered your game on:
   • The Sims 2 and Expansions: https://thesims2.ea.com
   • The Sims and Expansions: https://thesims.ea.com/us/index.html
   • SimCity 4 and Expansion: https://simcity.ea.com
   • SimCity 3000 Unlimited: https://simcity3000unlimited.ea.com/us/guide
2. Login to the website using your username and password.
   • Note: The login field or link should be located in the top right corner of the website.
3. Once logged in, click on the Register button.
4. Click on the add your product serial number here link.
5. If your account is product registered, your serial numbers should be listed in a box next to the game you registered.
