Thanks 🙂 Well it was either have 1 large bedroom or 2 small ones, but I wanted to be able to fit drawers in, too. As we know from HUTH, the more bedrooms a home has, the more it’s value is increased! lol

Well, perhaps if it was a run-down lot in London, then someone could do it up and sell it for an exorbitant sum, making a wad of cash in the process!
