Apartment Living – Open until the end of March

Karen, Donna and I were talking about about apartment building the other day, my comment was its tedious but always go back for more, Karen dosnt mind it and Donna – well she reckons she will never build one!
So its time she did, and anyone else that has never given it a go!

So even if you do not have Apartment life you can still build one, check out Tricamanlys awesome lots if you dont believe me!
And if you want to upload it go right ahead because Im sure one of us with Apartment life can convert it!

This is really a free for all, you can have any style you want, be it luxury apartments, high rise, or even a suburban street. BUT they must ALL be furnished, even if its just basic furnishings. And just to note, apartments are only able to have four playable sim families in them, all the rest will generate NPC’s.

So go give it a go, its to challenge your skills and maybe make some new ones (and maybe help a certain person finish a certain lot – Karen Lorraine! :D)

Haha!! I think kaz is probably thinking I’m the one that should be finishing my apartments lol!!! I am in the middle of two near-complete apartment lots and an apartment building which is rather large. I’ll see what I can get done. Can’t make any promises though.

Amstelkade

This is a terrace of seven houses, typical of the kind that you might find if you visited Amsterdam. The houses are very tall and narrow, which makes them very difficult to build in Sims, I’m hoping that I’ve succeeded. Have I?

Each house is decorated in different colours and styles and has a different combination of rooms to appeal to every type of person from the family minded to the professional.

WOW Karen, totally outdone yourself! I knew it was good but now I will add amazeballs, fan-fan-fan-blo.ody-tastic, stupendious, its….its….supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!!! So glad you got it finished! Love al the wee details, and cant believe you’ve managed to fit (usuable) spaces in those teeny-tiny rooms! And the barge, what can I say but its my favourite peice of all, could go on looking at all the pics all evening!! Well done, gold stars all round! xx

I TOTALLY agree 100% with Mrs A If i had to make that one ..my get up and go ..would get up and went no way jose would ever in my most insane moments agree to make it lol BUT this is so fitting for you Kaz I would never expect anything less 🙂
