Small guesthouse for Sims on a budget. Not luxurious, but clean and comfortable. 🙂 There are 4 bedrooms, a restaurant and downstairs recreation area. 2 of the bedrooms are double, and there is one single and one twin room. Only one room has a half bathroom.
