This old place was once owned by the notorious cattle rustler, Charlie Boone, but when he passed away, his descendants, all upright businessmen, converted it into a restaurant and, with the right ep’s, a hotel. On the first floor there is a great room with fireplace, dance floor, arcade, and plenty of tables for eating grilled meats.

Thanks for that! I’ve modified it slightly to turn it into a hotel, but I’ve left it as close as possible to the original. These are the changes:
There are now 3 en-suite double rooms
Reception desk in the foyer for guests to check-in
Mahjongg table downstairs
Diner on the top floor
The only expansion pack I’ve used is Bon Voyage:

I just can’t get enough of this lot! I love the balcony area around the building. The whole lot is great to play, and it doesn’t push my rubbish graphics card to the limit either!
