This is a new terrain, not a neighbourhood. You will be able to create new neighbourhoods using this map. It’s undecorated so you can add your own stuff and make it unique! 
Simply place all the files in your ‘DocumentsEA GamesThe Sims 2SC4Terrains’ folder.

Thanks Anne. It’s my first ever terrain, so this was really just a practice. Will be trying to improve. I’ve looked at some of the terrain uploads at MTS and they’re outstanding and they’ve given me a few ideas. 🙂
