Plenty of space, but a studio is not exactly a place to raise a child.
It is included a custom version of the tech drawing table, costs only § 1 because you don’t buy such a thing, normally you take one from your company. I had one that I got for free from a public office. 🙂
I also replaced creativity for mechanical skill. You don’t become more creativity, actually you end up using it to dry your hand towels. 😀
