I’m in permanent search for objects to cover diagonal walls and corners. Here is sort of counter look object, but it is not a counter at all, it only combines with real counters to cover a diagonal wall. Those dead corners have no practical use and it is impossible to place any object on that half tile. So, I made this counter with the same look as the base game value counter. It can be that it works base game because I always take the Venus sculpture as clone base for most of my work.
Resuming: this decorative object can be placed in a diagonal wall between real counters and will look like part of the set. It is recolored in the same colors as the value counter, plus my new favorite “Zita”. I included a picture of the add-on set I have been work on, which is abusively big. :D
I didn’t use “Zita”s work, just the look of the set, once I had to UV map every single piece and I always use something from the original game for combinations.
Here you will find the decorative corner counter and a “Zita” recolor for the base game value counter.
NB: It is a little bit difficult to place the corner counter because it has to be placed 1 tile from the diagonal wall. In order not to block other objects, I made it to behave like a rug, so the game will believe it is a carpet.
Do not try to cook on it. Your food will get very untasty!
