Elevation is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with three levels of living space. The base game garage might be usable by people who know how to place a drive way on a slope. I believe a garage door should be placeable. The pool area is surrounded by lush landscaping which will be a headache for sims but is so nice to look at. I read in one of your posts about a gardening hack?? Many thanks to TheDeadSim for thinking up the CFE challenge. I used it to make the attached garage, the half story, the flat modern roof, and the privacy fence. Scout Tester is living in a model like this now and navigating well. Hope your sims will too!

Yes I have found 3 gardening hacks, not sure what configuration of game they work in – you would need to look at them for that. They are listed on my The Blue Beach House upload.
