Metro Modern is a tribute to Tiggy027 who created the wonderful windows used in the lot. Sim builders also would like to thank LadyAngel for designing the beautiful new dining set and TofuSnorlax for her tiles that go so well with base game stucco. The house has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, open floor plan, carport which should accomodate a driveway, pool, jacuzzi, and outdoor fireplace. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the house is Seasons proof with its slanted roof. So for those sims with great year around weather, I recommend Metro Modern.
