William Wilander moved to Alpinloch from Modern Second Island and couldn’t find a rustic cabin to his liking. The modern style was too engrained into his psyche. Thanks to my two dear friends for your encouraging remarks! I’m afraid people will get sick of seeing my shutters, but I love the look. It lets in light and looks rather modern or so I think. I have shutters on my front window in my own house and wish I had them in my front bedroom too, but they were too expensive.
