For the Moroccan Challenge I was going to build just a house with a Moroccan feel to it, but one rainy afternoon I sat down to watch Disneys Aladdin with Xander, and thought the marketplace had a very Moroccan feel to it, so started with that image. And then it grew, and um, grew and grew until I downloaded in total 3811 pieces of cc for this one lot! Of course most of it I didn’t use, but for those squeamish of using cc, be warned there is still 604 files that go along with this! If you play a medieval hood chances are you already have pretty much all of this, most of it comes from Katvip’s fantastic Legend series at GOS.

My concept of this was to have the Palace set higher up, a more high up calibre of shops in the middle, and the ‘slum’ sort of area below.

At the end of the slum area above the Blacksmith is Aladdins small house, with a view to the palace

Down below is the Blacksmith and where you can stable your horse for the night (for a small fee of course!)

Next to Aladdins is the Tavern and a small food and grain stand

Beside the Tavern is the all important Garderobe (bathrooms) and below is the butchery

And at the end of the Slum area is the dressmakers, where you can choose your fabric to have your robes made, or choose one off the rack.Downstairs outside is a small florist stand.

Up one level is two shops, a carpet merchant, and a pottery/knick knack shop, where there could even be a lamp up for sale!

To the Corner on the left as you ride your noble stead (or old nag) into the lot is a small market area with a variety of items for sale, watch out for bartering!

Then comes the magnificent Palace. It has a stunning entrance with a clear blue fountain and a delicate arched walkway

To the right of the entrance is the Grand Hall, where the Sultan sees petitioners

Directly above are the royal rooms

To the left of the Entrance is the Entertaining Area

And above that is the all important Harem (Hubbys idea of course!)
