This is a modern home in a new community On the Lake owned by Sander Armand, test subject. He had to borrow quite a bit of money to move in, but thought it would be a good investment. The house has underground garage which I think can be made functional with the right ep.

This house is a “his and her” duplex located across a narrow little street from the ocean.

An old-fashioned home with 2 bedrooms

1 bedroom, base-game bungalow with pool.

2 bedroom home with swimming pool. Would be perfect for the newly married couple wanting to move out of their starter home into something more substantial.

1 bedroom bungalow. Fake garage contains the one double bedroom, but I’m sure it can be modified to take a bedroom and a real garage for those that have the required expansion packs.

I picture this house in a new neighborhood, desert and rugged, either on Earth or another planet. It will be an area where scientists and adventurers come to build a new world. Here’s the front of the house:

This small Victorian-style home has two bedrooms and an open-plan living area. This lot would be ideal for a newly-wed couple or small family. There is also a large attic that could be utilised as a third bedroom if required.
