Well, my sims2 game finally went up:02:, I tried all your suggestions and nothing else worked so I bout a nother one,:0029: am now in the process of putting it back on my computer,:02: hoping all will be well and I can get back to creating houses, wall & floors for you. Since I haven’t been able to create houses, I have been creation some new design wall paler & floors.
So please be patient while I get my sims2 back up and running.
Question? Is there any particular pattern or way they should go on the computer?

• Happy Holiday Stuff (Disregard if you have Sims 2 Holiday Edition)
• Seasons
• Celebration Stuff (disregard if you have Double Deluxe)
• H&M Fashion Stuff (disregard if you have Best of Business Collection)
• Bon Voyage
• Teen Style Stuff (disregard if you have University Life Collection)

Thank you LadyA, I found the problem, I think, I went into all my folders of the sims2 game and lo and behold I found it, in my modularstairs file, all of the step commands were missing. Luckily I still had my old sims 2 on my other computer.
And was able to put it in my faulty one. Can you put this in with the tutorial you wrote up about checking all items. I just went in and played my game, Of course now I have 2 main sims2 disks. Oh well, live and learn

Glad you got it working again Chi. Sims 2 game crashes are almost always caused by custom content or a faulty lot.

As regards your website, I thought you’d decided on the free blog to see if you could manage it first?
