I made this sculpture just for curiosity. It is extremely high poly and not even close to the initial count. The helmet was created by DCAB and is available at MTS2, an old post from 2006. Initially I used his whole outfit and ended with 25000 polys. Then I started to mix and match and adapting myself a new outfit, getting elements from the site Medieval Sims. Reduced to 15000 polys that is unfortunately too high, but no help.
Then I made something regretful, I used the plug-in for Milkshape for reducing the poly count. It is disastrous for anything that doesn’t have sharp corners. The whole work was destroyed and I finally found out that the plug-in has the same effect of the Milkshape “Auto-Smooth”, that is, to ruin round shapes. 🙁
Had to start all over again and was lucky that I had separated clothing from the body, so I had only to make the naked body again.
Well, this is the result. Too late for a competition but interesting for pics.
Again, don’t use it in normal game-play if your system is not stupidly too big. 😀
The base clone is the Base Game Venus Sculpture and probably can work BG only.
