Lady Angel is on a no cc kick, so this is my contribution! This small cottage is located at the edge of Verde Valley and has plenty of green grass and trees as neighbors. Your sims can spend 1/2 hour a day on the grass watching clouds and will find that this thins the blood and reduces inflammation. Anyway, although the house is small, the yard has room for a guest house or pool. Otherwise, a single sim or couple should be very comfortable here.

It’s very challenging making base game lots with no custom content. I really like this…it looks cosy and relaxing, and the front landscaping is really effective.
