Here is a modern, Twinbrook style architecture starter home for one or two sims. The house has open floor plan downstairs with kitchen, dinette set, and living room with fireplace. Big picture windows have views of lovely flowering shrubs. The one bedroom and bath are upstairs and overlook the front entry. If your sim is strapped for cash, there are trees on the lot that could be sold. There is also room on the lot for expansion if your sim’s family grows. If you have a sim who is new to Twinbrook, this may be just the place for him or her.
