The tree house is a COLUMN. I know, it should be Build Mode! The fact is that I only used a column as base because I needed something to put floor on, so that Sims could use the tree house. So the initial action is: place the column on the lot and you will have possibility to place 6 floor tiles (any color, even invisible tiles) around the tree that is located in the middle of the little tree house. Done that, you can place stairs on the space reserved for them. You can use Marvine’s one tile stairs (available at MTS2, if you don’t have it), or you can use modular stairs, spiral stairs or anything you have to climb on. The tree house is only decorative, that is why the second object enters in the scene. It is called Reserve Tile for Animation and if you don’t know, well, it is a reserve tile for animation! . The texture is a small circle, but you can recolor it and make it to a rug or whatever you may like once it is cloned from the Base Game Flamingo. Place it with the arrow turned away from your Sims, because they will step on the tile and make animations that simulates someone looking out the house tree. The object is completely independent from the Tree House, you can also place it on the balcony of a house with the arrow pointing out of the balcony and it will have the same effect. Or you can place it pointing to a window and Sims will act as if they are peeping into someone else’s privacy. There’s nothing that avoids the Reserve Tile to work in the Base Game (it is a Flamingo), but the column that works as Tree House, not sure, so I establish that you must have at least one EP installed. Try self! The tree house is located in Columns and the Reserve Tile in General/Miscellaneous.
