This is a modern home in a new community On the Lake owned by Sander Armand, test subject. He had to borrow quite a bit of money to move in, but thought it would be a good investment. The house has underground garage which I think can be made functional with the right ep.

This house is a “his and her” duplex located across a narrow little street from the ocean.

I picture this house in a new neighborhood, desert and rugged, either on Earth or another planet. It will be an area where scientists and adventurers come to build a new world. Here’s the front of the house:
