Little Slice of Modern
I have been meaning to start sharing my lots here for awhile, so finally figured nows as good a time as any! This lot I made for a friend, its a slightly modern quite large single story house.

Hannah’s House
This large, rambling manor house was bequeathed to old Hannah many years ago. After toying with the idea of turning it into an hotel, she eventually decided to turn it into a holiday home for underprivileged children.

Southwestern Adobe
Here is a modern southwestern adobe style Arizona dream house. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, attached base game garage, outdoor fireplace with barbecue area and two upper decks.

Desert Garden
A dry, barren desert may not be everyone’s ideal, but cool, starry nights, blast furnace hot days (but it’s a dry heat!) and cactus with amazing, colorful blooms are a lovely part of creation too. Here is an adobe style house that is very at home in the desert.

Hill Country
The “Hill Country” is a lovely, green, rolling hill area outside of Austin, Texas where well to do Texas enjoy the rural environment without being too far from the city. In sim world, Hill Country is wherever you want it.

Durango
In the cool mountains of Colorado surrounded by pines you will find this modern cabin.

Woodview Cabin
This is a very spacious, 2-bedroom cabin with outside eating area and landscaped, but small, gardens.

The Old Mill
About 100 years ago, there was an old mill in Cornwall that was going to be demolished. A rich man wanted the building for his only son so he transported it brick-by-brick and rebuilt it in the English countryside.

1, Ivy Close
This is a 3-bedroom, base game lot. The master bedroom has a dressing room that is currently being used as a nursery, and there’s a huge attic that could possibly house another bedroom or 2!
